November has been a crazy month for us. Christian had to been having blurry vision and went in to the doctor finally to see what it was. They told him he had a detached retina and would have to have surgery in a few days. He had it for a while. We were both shocked. We felt lucky to be under the care of a skilled doctor and that they caught the problem before Christian lost his vision. The surgery was successful thought it freaked Christian out. He has been recovering and taking it easy. It has been a hard time for us because I have been getting back aches and slowing down from the pregnant as well as having anemia. We were both told not to lift heavy things. This would have not been so bad but we were moving in a few weeks after the surgery. It seemed like so much was happening at once. We were blessed to have Christian's mom come and help out. Sebastian was very caring toward Christian and gave him lots of hugs. He has enjoyed packing and unpacking. It has been an adventure to him.
